Rehabilitation Worker I - Brock Cottage (Permanent Part-time - weekend)
The Rehabilitation Worker I will engage and work with clients on an individual basis to achieve goals as outlined in the clients Recovery Plan of Care. The Rehabilitation worker will use hands on training techniques, supporting and encouraging clients on a daily basis to improve life skills, social/ interpersonal relationships, effective use of leisure time, encourage participation in events, the development of natural friendships and to take responsibility for their personal wellness.
The Maintenance worker provides maintenance services to all facilities owned and operated by the LLAGMH; as needed and/or assigned; assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns; assisting skilled trades; and ensuring that tools, materials and vehicles are maintained in good working order and are available at job site when needed.
