Church Street Group Home

Church Street Group Home is a transitional supportive housing program for adults with mental health needs who are not yet ready for independent living. Transitions—from hospital, custody, residential treatment, or crisis—are high-risk periods for relapse and housing breakdown.

Operated by LLGAMH, Church Street provides time-limited stabilization and skill development that helps residents build independence and successfully step into less intensive housing, preventing avoidable setbacks and re-entry into the system.
